J&J Builders of N.E.W. Inc takes a step outside the box with its commitment to financial accountability.

It all starts with your initial bid where you will be shown, line item by line item, just what is budgeted to build your house.  This “up front” process allows us to work as a team with a goal to get you the most for your money. Before we ever ask you to sign on the dotted line, we will make sure that all of the specifications are clear.  At the same time our system allows flexibility in choices throughout the building process.

Once the project is underway you will get a monthly report of what is being spent, and what is still remaining in your budget.  We also provide a projection of final costs by item so that you are continually aware of the financial status of your project.

Finally, when your project is complete, J&J does a reconciliation.  At that time we double check the numbers to ensure total financial accuracy.
